A NEW PERFORMANCE IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE DANCE DRAMATURGY PROGRAMME

Bliss will open on 4 September and will be performed again on 5 and 6 September, at 20.00 at the Old Power Station – Elektro Ljubljana, Slomškova 18.

BLISS
… is a performance about why we make art and why we today necessarily need it. It was created at a time when we have to ask what art is and reaffirm its place.

Maska co-produced the performance in the framework of the Dance Dramaturgy/Continual dramaturgy programme. The programme was created on the basis of an analysis of the needs within the contemporary dance community, which showed that performing arts creators as well as producers wish to expand their knowledge in the field of dance dramaturgy and more often continually work with trained experts in this field.
